Open Concept Kitchen & Family Room Renovation

Multiple original small rooms were opened up to create a gracious and welcoming combine living and eating space.

Project Overview

A large, open concept kitchen/family room was created by removing three load bearing walls and installing three new beams and steel columns…a TJC specialty. A massive new kitchen window (14’ 6” opening) was installed and a complete kitchen renovation included new custom cabinets and granite countertops. The family room renovation included new custom built ins and a gas fireplace with custom stone surround and mantel. New plaster crown moulding and hardwood floors were added throughout.
