Spectacularly located on the shore of Lake Ontario, this project transformed a ho-hum condo interior into luxury living space, with modern warmth and stunning details.

This was a full renovation – the demolition involved removing all the interior finishes back to the existing structure. The new design intentionally changed the entire look, with customizations of the floor plan to make better use of space. All major infrastructure – electrical, plumbing, hvac – was replaced with premium installation and energy-saving technology. The home owners were very involved in choosing finishes of their choice, and worked with our suppliers to customize the millwork and details for every room.
